General question 

How do I complete my order?

  1. If you are done shopping, click on "Proceed to Checkout." Fill in the necessary information for billing and shipping.
  2. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will be asked to enter your credit card number and follow the steps.
  3. Payments are fully secured on the Shopify payment platform. The Whites' Emporium will not have access to the payment transaction in any way.

Where are you located? 

We are located in Twillingate, Newfoundland, and Labrador, Canada.

Do you have In-Store Pick-Up option?

Please contact us via email or phone in order to arrange pickup.

Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

We recommend that all mugs be hand washed.

Do you accept Commission work?

At this time, we are not taking commissions in order to focus on developing our own concepts. We will revisit this every December for the following year

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?

 orders taxes are applied and charged at checkout.

White's Emporium is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

 

Return and refund

What is your return policy?

We have a "7day return" policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at thewhitesemporium@gmail.com.

How do I return an ordered product?

As of now, our address is 351 main street for returns on packages. Our store address will be separate until we get our permanent address and can go with a uniform approach. To start a return, please contact us at thewhitesemporium@gmail.com.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship all over North America.

Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by the Whites Emporium.

How long does it take to ship a product?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

please note, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What would happen if the purchased product was damaged?

White's Emporium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What happens if a product is lost during the shipping process?

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
